How To Personalized Your Daily Routine

HABBIT
The term, habit refers to the repitition of an unconcious pattern of behavior.
In simple words a habit can be explained as an act that somebody is used to do quite frequently.
It's no habbit.
An acquired mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely involuntary got up early from force of habit.
But the good routine is called good habit.
Habit are powerful but they are not easy to perform.
MAKE A LIST ✍️
First of all make you a link ,what happened daily.
Make a list of your daily routine with your mind. Make the all points in chart or page which become to perform daily.
Make a chart or table for full month . Make a chart of 30 days of month.

This is my personal chart which is also helpful for u and me. This chart help to perform your daily activities very good and make you a good habit of it.
MORNING ๐

First of all habit word is meaningful when you are get up early in the morning. First of all you get up early in the morning. Make your bed daily after get up. Get fresh and good and fine dressed. After, eat a good and healthy break fast . Put your socks and shoes well.
STEPS
[1] Make my bed
[2] Get dressed
[3] Eat breakfast
[4] Brush my teeth
[5] Brush my hair
[6] Bring lunch
[7] Put my socks and shoes
AFTERNOON
Excited ;๐
First of all wash your hand. Dry your hand without towel. Then ready for eat lunch time at 1-3 pm daily .
After eating rest about 30mins. After rest if you are a worker or parents the you want to do their duties and work but when you are a student then you want to study. Timing of study at 2-3 hours daily . And add this time table in you chart for daily routine.
EVENING
Silly :
After done your work set to clothes and shoes. After pack your bag . Then after all works go into the bathroom . Fresh your body and bath .
Then put a light weight dress like kurta pajama. Then rest 30mins .And enjoy in mins.
NIGHT
Normally :☺️
At night at 8 pm .You can eat your dinner . As you wish you want to enjoy eat. After eating dinner take a long walk for digestion of your food which you eats. At 9-10pm you want to good and better sleep. So full day performed very good .
